ABWA Business Associate of the Year 2004

Just announced at the annual ABWA (American Business Women's Association- local Caloosa Chapter) June Banquet dinner for "Business Associate of the Year 2004" Bill Clarke owner of Bellagio Homes. This prestigious award is given to an outstanding individual in the community who is respected as a leader as well as a person who gives back to the community. Bill has donated his time and energy to help raise funds for the ABWA for their charitable donations given to local women in the form of educational scholarships as well as numerous other community events. We are very proud of his accomplishments!!

2004 Builders Showcase Award for
"Best Home for Entertaining"
We are very proud that our Baby Grande model was recognized as the Best Home for Entertaining. When you enter the Baby Grande you immediately recognize the potential to host a grand party for almost any number of people. From the living room with it's 24' ceiling, to the quiet outdoor waterfall and spa, to the spacious family room, to the pool area with covered outdoor room and lanai, to the formal dining room; it is truly the perfect house for entertaining.

At the February 2003 Awards banquet held annually in Cape Coral, the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) unveiled its winners for home design. Twenty-five competing builders were judged as a prelude to the annual Builders Showcase. Bellagio Homes, one of the newest models in Cape Coral wins FOUR AWARDS in its first showing ever.

We are hosting the Chambers after Hours and having our Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting with the Chamber at the model on Thursday, February 20, 2003 from 5:30- 7:30pm.

2002 HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
The Cape Coral Caloosa Chapter of the American Business Women Association proudly presented the BELLAGIO HOME as their pick for the large annual fundraiser for Educational Scholarships presented to local women & girls. A different Builder/Model home is selected each year to host this spectacular month long event. The house is decorated for the holidays and all Christmas trees, and decorations are auctioned off for this charitable event. The kick off event was the GALA which donors were invited to attend and the music, food and drink flowed all evening long, then additional parties were hosted during the month by such organizations as the Chamber of Commerce, Red-Hat Ladies Society, Trafalgar Middle School Performers, Mary Kay Ladies and all chapters of the ABWA.
